2017 San Bernardino Car Accident on Fifth Street

Why This is Bad News for the Car Insurance Industry?

The car accident in San Bernardino that happened on 5th Street is likely to be one of the biggest disasters in the insurance industry. There are many reasons as to why this is going to be a problem. The first reason as to why it’s going to cause trouble for insurers is because those who were driving were seriously injured or killed, and two people died — this means that they’ll likely have lawsuits filed against their insurer. Plus, everyone agrees that less cars will be on the road due to awareness of this frightening incident. The insurance industry is well aware of this and they’re worried. And they should be.
The largest problem with the San Bernardino accident from an insurance industry standpoint is that it’s going to cause a lot of cars to be out of commission. This is going to mean that there will be many claims for car repairs, and the claims are going to pile up quickly — this means that their costs are going up, which is a bad thing from an insurance perspective. Drivers will likely have to acquire rental cars or get rides with family and friends if their cars are out of commission for a longer period of time.

blog outline:

The article should have had an introduction, explained why the topic is important, and then have a body that’s made up of the main topic. Also included in the outline of this article is a conclusion. There was a paragraph or two on what you thought about the subject of the article, which is a major part of any good article. Following that was a closing paragraph where the reader learned what you thought about the topic and whether or not you thought it was important, based upon your previous statements in the body of your article. The outline for an article should be as follows:
Introduction: [Explain why the topic is important]. Body: [The major topic]. Conclusion: [What you think about the subject of your paper].
I think that having one or two good sources of information can be just as effective as a dozen sources. If you are going to research, stick to the facts and your paper will come out well. A great paper has the word “conclusion” in it.
Routine: [Routine] [How to document daily activities in a journal].

First of all, let me start off by stating that I am not an international car accident attorney or investigator. I do not have any special insight into this case. However, I do have the intelligence and experience to read facts and evidence in order to get my point across effectively. Hopefully, others who are better informed than myself will find my commentary useful. Here it goes… I was recently awoken by a loud crash at 5 AM on January 14th, 2017 in San Bernardino County’s fifth street in downtown San Bernardino. A man was driving his black SUV when he lost control of the vehicle at 25 mph and crashed it into a brick wall as a result of his inability to brake in time on the final ramp from Interstate 15 onto Fifth Street just after midnight . Thankfully he survived

I was awakened by the crash and rushed to area to assess the situation. I was outraged by what I saw. It looked as if a bomb had gone off! The entire front of a 2001 Chevrolet Venture Mini Van was caved in. Two people were lying on the ground who had been thrown out of the vehicle during the crash. One person was on their back, who I thought was dead. The other was lying face down, twitching and bleeding profusely from the head. Both were severely injured and in need of immediate medical attention. The driver and passengers, who I now know were an undocumented couple, had been ejected from the vehicle.
Immediately afterwards, I called 9-1-1. They directed me to stay with the victims until they arrived at the scene. I was told that paramedics would treat the victims and send them to a nearby hospital where they would be given care. The paramedics arrived shortly after I hung up with them and began treating the victims on site for their injuries. Unfortunately, the deceased man was dead at the scene. The other male victim, who was not his cousin, but I believe his partner in the car and was highly distraught because he had lost someone he loved. The paramedics were able to stabilize him for transport and a helicopter would be called to take them both to a nearby trauma center for further care.
