Since I’m describing a woman, I’ll use the male perspective as a reference. What does a 180-pound man look like? For starters, he’s probably not fat (although we all have our own definitions of what fat looks like). He might be skinny, but so are many people who don’t eat enough. That doesn’t mean that he’s in great shape. I’m 5’6″ and weigh 175 pounds, and my muscle definition is pretty good for someone my size and age.
