1. Boulders Dog Park
Located at North Boulder Highway in Henderson, this dog park is in a quiet place that’s perfect for bringing your pooch. The hours are from 6 AM to 8 PM and the address is 10700 N. Boulder Hwy., Henderson, NV 89002. If you drive to Boulders Dog Park, you’ll surely have plenty of parking spaces to choose from. There are no extra fees either!
Shelter Island Dog Park
If you are looking for a more natural area, the Shelter Island Dog Park is an awesome place to visit. This water-themed dog park offers plenty of room for your dog to play and socialize with other dogs. There are a few different areas in this 11-acre space including an agility course, a large open area, and a pool. The best part is that it’s all fenced in and very secure. Some of the best features of this park include the following:
-Two small pools for fresh water swimming and splashing
-A water feature where dogs can run through and play
-Fully stocked doghouse for dogs that don’t want to get completely wet
-Outdoor deck with plenty of seating for people to keep an eye on their dogs or socialize.
The Shelter Island Dog Park is located near Pointe Resort & Spa on Shelter Island Dr. in Henderson. This park is open from 6:30am – 10pm.
Dog-Friendly Areas Around Town
Las Vegas is not exactly known for pet friendly neighborhoods. Some areas have a few pet friendly houses, but there isn’t a whole lot of dog-friendly areas around town. Find out where the majority of residents are dog-friendly by looking at neighborhoods on Google Street View. The places that mostly include people who don’t mind dogs are great for taking your pooch for some fun in the sun. The best part about these areas is that you will see a lot of dogs, but there won’t be any stinky poop all around the area. That is one of the major problems that can ruin a good time.

Adventura Park is the biggest dog park in Las Vegas. Adventura Park is located within the city limits of North Las Vegas. You will find a lot of Russian dogs there, which makes sense considering how many Russians live in North Las Vegas. Adventura Park features two separate areas for large and small dogs to play. It also has a separate area for small dogs to play inside the large dog area. There is a water fountain for the dogs and plenty of on-leash and off-leash space.
