It’s a family owned business, very clean and well-lit. There’s a wide assortment of products from jewelry to produce. They have the usual items and brands you can find in any supermarket like eggs, produce, meat and frozen goods. They also sell snacks at reasonable prices for those on the go. Although the parking can get a bit busy, it’s well worth it since it’s very spacious and easy to navigate through the aisles.
When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly employee and informed that the store opens daily at 8am. I was alone so I gave him my name and he promptly went to ask the manager if it was okay to receive me. He came back and told me that it was fine.
I didn’t spend much time at Nuestra Familia today since I just wanted to pick up some food for dinner and leave, but what struck me about this place is their great customer service and follow-up. I found the employee who helped me to be very friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable about the products that they were currently selling.
