Great Service and the best view in Long Beach

Ladies and Gentlemen, please ignore the more negative reviews of Harry’s Rooftop Bar & Grill. I had an amazing dinner there this weekend thanks to this website and Trip Advisor.
The restaurant is located in downtown Long Beach at the top of a green and white building on the corner of 1st and Pacific Ave. It was a fine day so we decided to sit outside. The view is spectacular, overlooking the yacht harbor, Aquarium of the Pacific, Shoreline Village and over Catalina Island.

Love the art work on the walls. All of their guacamoles are made fresh to order, so it tastes very fresh and fresh tasting! The salsas are amazing! Very tasty! The staff was very polite and friendly, the place was clean both inside and outside. I would definitely come back again and again!
BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN LONG BEACH. WOW, what an intricate chef’s menu! I ordered the Chorizo Enchiladas…man was it good. I also got Ranchera Enchilada with all types of peppers. My wife ordered Chilaquiles and she loved them too. The queso w/ chips was very good but the chips were not hot. The salsa was very good too since it is homemade. The staff was very friendly, clean and accommodating. They make all of the sauces in house and are really good cooks! I would come back again for sure!

The Dish Bar and Grill is a restaurant in Long Beach, CA. It is a very casual place with a “dive bar” feel to it. They have amazing food and good prices with an eclectic mix of clientele: bikers, off-duty bartenders, celebrities, etc.
As the article mentions, California is home to some of the best “dive bars” in the country. As such, it’s not too surprising that Long Beach (with a large population of surf bums and ex-pats) might have a few of its own.
